At ASAP Appliance Repair, we proudly stand behind every appliance repair we undertake with confidence and integrity. That's why all our services come with a 1-Year Warranty on parts and labor — no exceptions, no nonsense.
We offer a 1-Year Warranty that covers any appliance repair we perform — including both parts and labor — if the same part fails for the same reason. There’s no fine print, no dodging, and absolutely no 'limited coverage' gimmicks. If we fixed it and it fails again, we take responsibility.
We understand that real-life appliance repair issues aren’t always straightforward. Here’s how we address unrelated breakdowns after your repair while ensuring you benefit from our 1-Year Warranty:
Unrelated issue within 6 months: We’ll cover the labor under our parts and labor warranty. You only pay the retail cost of the new part. No hidden fees.
Unrelated issue between 6–12 months: We still have your back. You’ll pay the retail price plus a basic service call fee. That’s it. No full repair cost again.
This way, you’re never left thinking, “I should have just bought a new machine.”
If we have to come back for something related to our original appliance repair — even six months later — you won’t pay a service call the first time. Whether it’s a rare wiring issue, unexpected pest damage, or anything else that’s technically not our fault, we’ll still waive the service fee. Why? Because we’re not just fixing machines — we’re building trust. With our 1-Year Warranty, we ensure you’re covered for parts and labor, but limits apply strictly at our discretion. We won't come back dozens of times for free if a rodent keeps damaging wires.
Some issues fall outside the scope of our coverage. Certain repair jobs are so extreme, time-consuming, or impractical that they aren’t worth pursuing — for us or for you. We reserve the right to decline these kinds of after-the-fact scenarios. Examples include failed refrigerator compressors, worn-out washer transmissions, and other labor-heavy rebuilds. These are not covered by the “What Happens If Something Else Breaks” policy.
We alone determine whether a breakdown qualifies for reduced-cost repair under that policy. That’s not a loophole — it’s a safeguard. In reality, we cover about 99% of follow-up scenarios. This clause simply protects us (and our time) from unreasonable expectations.
To maintain fairness and sustainability under our 1-Year Warranty, please be aware that it does not cover misuse, neglect, pest infestations (unless we waive fees anyway), power surges, or other external causes. Additionally, the warranty may be voided if the appliance is moved, altered, or tampered with by others. We also reserve the right to deny service in cases where abuse or intentional damage is suspected, which could affect your parts and labor warranty.
As much as we prefer plain English, here’s the fine print every company needs — the standard legal provisions that help protect everyone involved in our 1-Year Warranty for appliance repair services:
Warranty Scope: Coverage applies only to the original repair and the specific part(s) we replaced or serviced. It does not extend to unrelated components or general appliance failure beyond the original issue, except as noted in our customer-friendly policy above.
Abuse, Misuse, and External Damage: The 1-Year Warranty is void if damage is caused by:
- Improper installation or use not in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
- Power surges, flooding, fire, pest infestation, or acts of nature
- Physical damage, including appliance relocation, tampering, or unauthorized repairs by others
Non-Covered Situations:
- Cosmetic issues (scratches, dings, missing knobs)
- Manufacturer defects not related to our repair
- Issues not present during the original repair visit (unless within goodwill periods above)
Transferability: The 1-Year Warranty is valid for the original customer at the original address of service. It is not transferable to a new owner or new location.
Parts Limitations: While we use high-quality OEM or equivalent parts, we are not responsible for manufacturer defects or part discontinuation. If a part fails under its own warranty from the supplier, we’ll help you process it — but labor may not be included unless covered in our policy above.
Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse warranty coverage if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, excessive or repeated claims beyond reason, or non-payment of prior invoices.
Discretion Clause: In cases not explicitly covered, we always lean toward fairness and may still offer goodwill solutions related to parts and labor warranty — but these are at our discretion and not guaranteed.
